Your child meets with Vivianne for 1x weekly 30-minute sessions to reflect on their success and challenges from the previous week, explore solutions to current challenges, and develop a plan for the coming week. During the coaching session, Vivianne teaches a micro lesson on one of 10 executive function skills that are relevant to the student's current needs. 

This is an ongoing subscription class.  Perfect for students who thrive best with a weekly check-in.  Vivianne has many students who use short-term sessions (2-4 weeks) to support their planning and execution of their long-term assignments as well. 

Vivianne has developed gaming adventures and activities using a "Minecraft" type of educational platform called Koala Go to reinforce many of the executive functions skills that are being taught in class.  This is especially enjoyable for kids ages 9-12.

This is a 14-session coaching package where Vivianne, the student, and their supporting adult(s) are all involved in the planning, goal-setting, and monitoring of progress toward those goals related  to the student's academic needs as a result of their ADHD challenges.

This package is most helpful for students in 6-11 grade who have increasing demands in school and are noticing ADHD is playing a role with the new challenges they are experiencing. This student may be falling behind in classes, not learning as easily as they used to, or are having trouble with their organization and planning skills.

The supporting adult meets with Vivianne before the first student coaching session as well as after session six to check in and answer questions.

The student meets with Vivianne two times per week (1x 30 min coaching session and 1x 10 min mid-week accountability check-in)

Students are also given a comprehensive workbook and an on-demand course about the brain's Executive Functions. These will be referred to throughout the coaching sessions.

The ADHD Coaching Clubhouse is geared for students ages 9-14.  The same group of students meet for eight weeks 1x a week.  Meeting for 40 minutes at a time allows us to reflect on our week, have a lesson on one of the executive function skills, and then practice our new skills and strategies inside the game platform of Koala Go.  The games are set up as an "escape room" type experience where the students have to work together to use problem-solving skills and teamwork to complete the game. 

(Groups range from 9-11 years old and 12-14 years old.)
